The Lancôme Tonique Confort is a moisturizing, nourishing, and cleansing toner with hyaluronic acid, one of its key ingredients, which is my favorite ingredient. I used to call this Tonique Comfort, but it’s actually Tonique Confort. 😅
The toner targets dryness, dullness, and uneven skin texture. Dullness and uneven skin texture have been my long-time skin concerns. I don’t have dry skin but dehydrated skin, so the Tonique Confort is just perfect. Also, it comes in a plastic bottle with a twist cap.
Lancôme Tonique Confort Review
An online seller I frequently buy from sold some bottles of Lancôme Tonique Confort early last year. They had it on sale, so I got one to try. All I knew of the toner Is it has positive reviews.
I’ve been using it in my morning routine. I’m gonna cut to the chase—I love this toner! It’s so hydrating. It feels nourishing and cleansing, so I sometimes use it in my evening routine whenever I put on a full face of makeup (for online meetings, haha). It also gives my skin a natural glow. I keep checking the high points of my cheeks to see that. 😁
Its consistency is serum-like without a greasy or sticky finish. There is a mild scent, but it’s not bothersome. Rather, it smells soothing and reminds me of baths.
My only complaint is the seal’s hole on the mouth (or whatever that is called). I find it a bit big, making it difficult to control the amount of product I want to use. I wish it came with a pump instead.
I’m almost half-way through my bottle. Soon, I have to think about where to buy my next bottle, which will most likely be a 400-ml, since Lancôme pulled out from the local market years ago. Sephora Philippines would be the most accessible; however, they’re expensive compared to getting from the official website. Hmm… Decisions, decisions…
Ingredients
The key ingredients of Tonique Confort are Hyaluronic Acid, Acacia Honey, and Sweet Almond Oil. All these ingredients have moisturizing properties. Hyaluronic acid, in particular, locks in moisture.
