The Dior Prestige Le Sucre de Gommage or Dior Prestige Sugar Scrub is a gentle exfoliator with sugar micro-crystals. Dior claims that it softens and refines the skin’s texture and makes the skin look radiant.
It comes in a (heavy) glass jar with the classic gold screw cap of Dior Prestige cosmetics and gold-colored scooper that has its own pouch.
Application Tips
- Use 2 to 3 times a week.
- Apply evenly to cleansed and damp face and lips.
- After a minute, gently massage all over.
- Massaging on a damp face will dissolve the sugar, turning it into a nourishing mask.
- Rinse then dry with a soft cloth.
Dior Prestige Sugar Scrub Review
Stress (from mostly work) affects my skin like it would feel rough or get pimples, particularly on my chin. As soon as I can relax, one of the things I do is pamper with luxurious skincare, and the Dior Prestige Sugar Scrub is my current go-to.
The sugar scrub is very gentle. I love that even after one use, my skin already feels smooth as well as moisturized, unlike my experience with other sugar scrubs that are drying.
The Dior Prestige Sugar Scrub might not seem enticing for pampering, but its scent is heavenly and quite relaxing. It smells mildly of rose and not the artificial scent too. It reminds me of my Dior facials, which I really miss now.
Unless Dior releases another sugar scrub, I don’t think I’ll try anything else for now because it works and that it relaxes me is the cherry on top. It also quickly became my favorite when I first used it.
